Orchid Villa Association

The new "Orchid Villa Association" has been formed today 22nd March 2009

The formation of the new "Orchid Villa Association" has been driven primarily by homeowners expressed desire for unity and positive progress at the Orchid Villa Estate. The Association is a platform where the owners and the management company can get together and make decisions on how to improve the appearance of the common area, and improve the quality and procedures of the services on the Orchid Villa Estate.

The response from home owners has been overwhelming, the association has been welcomed by so many owners. We have already asked homeowners opinions and asked them to vote on several subjects. We are pleased to say that the first four proposals have quickly reached agreement by a clear majority.
