Pool Cleaning

All villas on the estates we manage have private swimming pools and it is essential these are well maintained on a regular and reliable basis.

Swimming pools that are serviced through Baan Hua Na pool maintenance contracts will be cleaned on a twice weekly basis.

Cleaning includes:

• Skimming, skimmer basket clearance
• Vacuuming
• Brushing of tiles within the pool and Jacuzzi
• PH and chlorine testing and adjustment with chemicals when required
• Backwashing and rinsing of filters
• Pool equipment room cleaning
• Water adjustment
• Online access to pool cleaning records
• Monthly accounting and billing of chemicals used

Please note that replacing chemicals may not be needed every month - in these circumstances there will be no additional charge for this.
