Services

As well as the many facilities that will be available within the Baan Hua Na Serviced Estate there are also a number of services that are currently provided or are planned for the near future.

Located next to the Baan Hua Na Customer Centre is the Baan Hua Na Management Offices, the central hub for all administrative services. The offices, due to open soon, will be open daily and include a customer service desk for all residential enquiries. Services such as rental management, property management and property maintenance will also operate from the building and a large store room will house building materials for property maintenance purposes.

The Baan Hua Na Estates Management team maintains all property to the highest possible standards. Current property maintenance services include garden maintenance, pool cleaning and security and we will be adding to our portfolio of services offered to include plumbers, electricians and handy men.

All homes will be connected to a central telephone switchboard, giving direct line access to the Management Offices and Resort. Using this system all residents will be able to instantly contact the customer help line and other residents, request services and order food.
